Hannah Armstrong

As Head of People and Culture, Hannah leads and manages both the operational and strategic People initiatives across the Trust.

Hannah began her career in HR at the age of 17, gaining experience with organisations such as Barnardo’s, the NHS, Northern Trains, Amazon, and Community Integrated Care. She is enthusiastic about bringing her expertise from these diverse sectors to her role in the education sector.

With 17 years of experience, Hannah is CIPD qualified and holds a diploma in Employment Law.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys singing, country walks with her dog, and discovering new restaurants.
