Abbie Wright

Abbie, as the People & Culture Advisor, is responsible for providing and leading an effective and efficient HR Administrative and recruitment service across the Trust.

Abbie began her career as a Business Admin and HR Apprentice at Excelsior Academy after studying there. Abbie joined the Central Office as a HR Assistant when it opened in September 2017, and has continued to gain experience, leading her to the Senior HR Administrator position.

Abbie has gained a CIPD Level 3 qualification and, more recently, went on to gain a CIPD Level 5. 

In her spare time, Abbie loves going out with friends, going to gigs, being outdoors and baking the odd sweet treat.
